Our aim is to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition and that you enjoy using our high quality products. Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of our products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. To avoid potential issues, please make sure you are viewing the latest documentation, have the latest version of firmware and software as well as updating your operating system when prompted to do so.

All items are subject to availability. Prices include VAT where applicable. Postage and packaging is an additional charge, for details please see the postage and packaging section on this website.

We will make every effort to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, and hope to achieve delivery to the UK within seven days of receipt of your order provided the goods are in stock. However, from time to time, this may not be possible.


For international orders, we aim to dispatch items within seven days of order, providing they are in stock. From time to time, international orders can be held for inspection in customs. While we provide the necessary documentation for orders to clear customs, we cannot guarantee the time it will take to do so. For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We will package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition, if your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please contact us on info@axivity.com within seven days of delivery. We will arrange either to send you a replacement or arrange a refund. We require that faulty or damaged goods are returned to us before we can issue a replacement.
